MyEtherLottery - a unique project with 100% budget recovery to the participants.
The project is based on Smart contracts that operate independently and in an automated manner without human intervention.
The project has no beneficiary except the participants.
• 80% of the budget is a prize money and is immediately allocated to winners.
• 20% of the budget is credited to the "MASTER" wallet, and due to the strict rules of of "Gold Ruble" company, the money will be refunded to the participants in two stages and in the following sequence:
Stage 1 - 50% of the "MASTER" wallet funds are spent on GOLD RUBLE (GRUB) token redemption every month with subsequent burning.
Stage 2 - The remaining 50% of the "MASTER" wallet funds are allocated to monthly dividend payments to shareholders.
The Gold Ruble buys GOLD RUBLE (GRUB) tokens monthly and instantly burns them. Participants can sell their tokens on the ForkDelta exchange at the most favourable price ten times higher than the official one.
The Gold Ruble accrues monthly dividends to all GOLD RUBLE SHARE (GRUBS) Token-Shareholders. For details, refer to "Shares and Dividends".

TICKETS
The ticket cost in all contracts is single and fixed.
Only 1 ticket can be purchased within single transaction.
Note: If the amount sent is less than the ticket cost, the transaction will be rejected, if higher – the change will be automatically credited back.
Note: In project, lottery ticket can not be purchased from another smart contract thus excluding automatic bulk buying.
The winners will receive their rewards to the wallet that was used to pay for the ticket.
GOLD RUBLE (GRUB) bonus tokens can be sold on a decentralized ForkDelta exchange.
DRAWING
• Brilliant - Win from 0.5 ETH to 200 ETH
Computation is done by generating Ethereum blockchain hashes. Refer to Audit.
• Gold - Win from 0.05 ETH to 20 ETH
GOLD prize winners - those users who have purchased the largest number of tickets in each cycle.
In addition to the basic reward, the GOLD winners are also charged GOLD RUBLE (GRUB) bonus tokens.
The charge of bonus tokens to the winners has been determined at a fixed amount: 0.00005 GRUB (50 000 Altyns).
• Silver - Win from 0.02 ETH to 10 ETH
Computation is done by generating Ethereum blockchain hashes. Refer to Audit.
Winners will be selected and the prize will be drawn once all tickets in the cycle are sold (100, 1000, 10000, 100000 or 1000000 tickets), then the cycle begins anew.
Note: Each draw is held independently among all lottery tickets, therefore, the same ticket can theoretically win several prizes.
How does the drawing work:
During the purchase of last ticket in the cycle (100, 1000, 10000, 100000, or 1000000), a certain future ethereum counting block will be set:
1ETH: +10 blocks
10ETH: +20 blocks
100ETH: +40 blocks
1000ETH: Under development..
10000ETH: Under development..
It is the chain of blocks' hashes (10, 20 or 40) that independently select the winners.
Next transaction should be in a period starting from the counting block to 20 blocks of the previous transaction.
All prize sending and ticket purchasing transactions will be declined during the counting block pending period.
To initiate prize drawing after the buyout of entire print run, any amount of ETH (even 0) should be sent to the contract address. If 0.01 ETH or more is sent, the first ticket in the next cycle will be bought automatically and the change will be credited back if required.
Then the winners are selected and the prizes are sent as follows below:
1. The winners of Silver type are selected based on the following simple principle: one block's hash determines one winner. The logic is simple because the reward for this place is from 0.02-0.5 ETH, which is a small amount, therefore, it is not of economic benefit to manipulate blocks' hashes with large mining capacities.
2. The winners of Gold type are known in advance: they are those users who have purchased the largest number of tickets in each cycle.
Note: Of the two users who bought the same number of tickets, the highest place is taken by one whose ticket buying transaction was the first in the Ethereum network.
3. The winners of Brilliant type are selected based on the following more complex logic:
A chain of independent blocks will affect the draw outcome:
For print run of 100 tickets - 7 blocks are used,
For print run of 1000 tickets - 10 blocks are used,
For print run of 10000 tickets - 14 blocks are used,
For print run of 100000 tickets Under development..

The winner selecting process is as follows: with each involved Ethereum block, the lottery tickets selection will be reduced by 2 times.
Example of the first type of lottery print run of 100 tickets:
Staged selection of a winner using a chain of 7 blocks: 100 – 50 – 25 – 12.5 – 6.25 – 3.125 – 1.5625 – 1.
Each lottery ticket corresponds to a unique combination of blocks' hashes. The winning ticket is determined precisely by making use of the multiplier 1e18 in the calculations.
Therefore, to make a certain ticket in print run of 10,000 tickets win, 14 consecutive blocks of hash should correspond to the required one to win this ticket, if at least one hash is changed, another ticket will win. Then, the cycle is updated.
The cost of determining the winners and sending the prizes to a transaction sender is also compensated. In other words, all costs of sending the first ticket buying transaction are paid for out of the smart contract balance, the user also buys a ticket.

Prize fund 1 ETH - 100 tickets - 13 prizes - Brilliant: 1 person, Gold: 2 people, Silver: 10 people.
Prize fund 10 ETH - 1000 tickets - 26 prizes - Brilliant: 1 person, Gold: 5 people, Silver: 20 people.
Prize fund 100 ETH - 10000 tickets - 51 prizes - Brilliant: 1 person, Gold: 10 people, Silver: 40 people.
Prize fund 1000 ETH - 100000 tickets - 125 prizes - Brilliant: 5 people, Gold: 20 people, Silver: 100 people.
Prize fund 10000 ETH - 1000000 tickets - 275 prizes - Brilliant: 25 people, Gold: 50 people, Silver: 200 people.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
The project has a single referral program for all participants, implemented through a separate Smart-contract. It is moved to a separate Smart-contract to ensure that the specified Referrer is attached to all types of lotteries of the MyEtherLottery project.
How to become a Referrer:
To become a Referrer, you need to buy 100 tickets in any of the 5 lotteries at any time, only then will you be able to distribute your referral code.
The referral code is the number of wallet (0x...) that was used to purchase 100 tickets.
Note: Tickets can be purchased simultaneously in all types of lotteries. In this case, the total number of tickets will be counted.
The referral code of the Referrer is specified in the DATA field (figure DATA field, MyEtherWallet.com wallet) when the Referral purchases a ticket.
You can specify the Referrer's referral code just once when buying the first ticket, then the system will link the Referrer and the Referral in a database.

Bonus accrual:
Once the Referral has purchased the 100th ticket, he will become the Referrer and the system will accrue GOLD RUBLE (GRUB) bonus tokens.

Bonus tokens are accrued every 100 tickets purchased by the Referral.
Accrual will be performed until the Treasury of Golden Ruble runs out of GOLD RUBLE (GRUB) tokens.
Note: A Referrer is a person whose code you have used to register and whose Referral you are. The Referrer is specified once and cannot be changed in the future.
Note: We strongly recommend to use the Referrer's code from the first days of participation in the project, because after you purchase the first 100 tickets, GOLD RUBLE (GRUB) bonus tokens will be accrued.

CONTRACTS AND WALLETS
The Smart-contracts developers can not suspend the current print run of tickets, as well as can not prevent the prizes sending and change the key settings of print runs (except for the referral program). For more detail, see the Audit.
